Perfect house and perfect location. It located in a quiet and safe area. The whole apartment is in a great status, super clean and cozy. Matt and Steph are so kind and prepared milk / coffee / bread / travel handbooks, etc to us. All the rooms are well equipted and warm. We can find everything we need in the apartment. We are a group of 6, and all of us had a great time. Our car is a MVP which is large, parking inside the yard is a bit hard. We parked our car on the street in front of the apartment (other neighbours also do the same) for 3 days and had no problem.

absolutely beautiful hotel with very spacious room and exceptional layout. They paid attention to every detail of the room, used fritz hansen for chair and dyson lamp. they do not skimp ! Feels truly luxurious. And these days, space is truly a luxury rarely afforded for travelers. Very friendly check in staff and all staff in general. complimentary valet parking too. i wish we had more time to spend at this hotel. I sincerely hope the hotel would expand to other cities in the world. I would stay at any of their hotels in a heartbeat.

    Beautiful, spacious, clean home with lovely garden. The house was furnished in 1930s style with amazing furniture and ornaments. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding and the added benefit of dressing gowns. Matt was a great communicator. The breakfast provisions, tea,coffee, milk and biscuits were much appreciated. The only negative would be the narrow drive, however with careful driving wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend staying there.

    Park on Park was a very nice art deco space in New Town. Our 2 & 5 year old boys loved having a backyard and courtyard to play in. We appreciated the well appointed pantry with breakfast cereals and condiments aplenty. The oven was broken, and Matt and Steph graciously allowed us to use theirs as they arranged for it to be fixed the same day. They even provided Lego for our boys! We loved our stay, big rooms, big beds, bathed in wonderful light through the large front windows.

    Had a fully self contained apartment with appliances and a washer/dryer. Nice touch was the wines, biscuits and cheese/dips on arrival. Also Michael contacted us to make sure everything was ok when we arrived. Close to Hobart and New Town shops. Very handy having a car park and keypad entry into the apartment. Had a great time- thank you:)

    Wonderful stylish decor, clean and spacious. Stocked with numerous bathroom products, so much more selection than a hotel room. Had lots of kitchen equipment including some snacks and breakfast spreads/cereals. Secure location and peaceful. Very comfortable bed.
