Noosa Heads is a well-known and popular spot for all ages with excellent choice in accommodation of all sorts. Hastings St has fabulous selection of retailers, restaurants and cafes with many undergoing serious renovations. The variety and excellence of restaurants within a two kilometre radius is simply first-class. Highly recommended for all ages, especially in southern Australia's winter. We like to go swimming on main beach and Sunshine beach and take a walk in the national park. It is always a bonus if I can find a coastal python in the national park. This year we found the Weyba Mangrove Boardwalk for something else to do. We ate at 10 Hastings Street cafe and Tewantin/Noosa RSL. Like everywhere these days, the traffic is a nightmare. Beautiful tree lined resort on a fabulous beach with great surfing beaches nearby. Noosa Heads has numerous shops and restaurants, and surf hire. About 25mins inland are the Noosa Everglades. Noosa Heads is a beautiful location, the beach is stunning, the headlands are close-by and there are beautiful national parks nearby. There are a multitude of bars/restaurants along Hastings Street and plenty of shops. Unfortunately, accommodation in close proximity to the beach is ridiculously expensive, so unless you are rich, plan to stay in surrounding areas such as Noosaville or Tewantin.Guest review byDavidAustralia - 8.0
