As a returning visitor I always appreciate the location - close to family + friends + consequently everything very familiar to me. It is centrally located + very easy to get to the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I like the way the apartments are setup for independent living which is great for an extended stay.

I didn't have the breakfast but I did have a few drinks in the bar upstairs. It was a lovely atmosphere and had a lovely relaxing vibe. The decor and view is amazing!

Adjoining rooms are becoming a must for our family, with two pre-teen girls and two pre-school boys. It was a comfortable room with large beds, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to a supermarket meant we could get little things for the kids easily, and the on-site parking was very accessible and easy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They serve fantastic food, very affordable. The room was clean, the beds very comfy, the sheets were new and clean. Every day they have room cleaning service, the staff members were very nice. Very close, on the other side of the road it was a nice park where you could work out and kids could play.

This motel is a short walk to the Chadstone Shopping Centre which has a wide variety of shopping from K Mart to Luxury shops. The area has a wide variety of food choices and public transport if needed can be accessed close by too.

The room was great. We were close to shops.

The room was great. We were close to shops. Door dash was brilliant. We had a one bedroom apartment and requested single beds, that was no problem to them at all. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Do not believe what you see of the photographs of this place...

Do not believe what you see of the photographs of this place. It.looks 100 times nicer than what you actually get. This place is run down and filthy. The photos on the booking site appear, light, bright, comfortable and clean. What you actually get is quite different. Broken toilet seat, stains on curating and in showers. The rooms are dark and small, not light and bright as advertised. There are handwritten signs demanding that if your dog pool you clean up (!?) If you litter, you clean up. There were please of rubbish bags in reception, staff were dressed in track pants. Reception had an old.couch. gardens overgrown and weedy..there was an old car missing its wheels parked in the car park. MASSIVELY misleading website and overwhelmingly disappointing for customer. We stayed elsewhere.. This needs investigating... surely we can't sell this service honestly with the website photos so misleading.

Oakleigh has good proximity to Chadstone Shopping Centre, Vicinity Shopping Centre in Oakleigh and the fantastic Oakleigh Greek cultural precinct. The railway station is only a 20 minute ride from the city.

I only slept at Motel and travelled by taxi.

I only slept at Motel and travelled by taxi. All meals and the rest of my time was spent in Carnegie. There the choice of restaurants with fantastic service will blow your mind. Wherever you stay make sure you eat in Carnegie. I have no other experiences of Oakleigh.

Great location...there are several food outlets around the hotel (KFC, Hungry Jacks, Subway) plus an Asian supermarket next door. Buses run along both Dandenong and Warrigal rds and its only 900m from Oakleigh train station. My room, 616 was very quiet.

It is an excellent location....close to Oakleigh and Chadstone Shopping Mall. It is also on a well serviced bus route and a 15 minute walk to the Oakleigh Starion. Car parking was offered for an extra $10.
