The blinds in the bedroom were terrible- the sun was blasting through very early in the morning and could see through them at night. The air conditioning didn’t get into the bedroom and it was very hot.

A good spot if you want a very quiet seaside getaway.

A good spot if you want a very quiet seaside getaway. Not a swimming beach, but the pathways along the waterfront are pretty great for long walks and cycling. Breakfast is the vibe of this sleepy esplanade, but don't expect any atmosphere after 4pm - it is a ghost town.

Close proximity to beautiful walking paths along the foreshore. Fantastic restaurants at Redcliffe just 2 kms down the road. Cycling here would be wonderful if you had a bike, you can ride a long way on these great paths.

Scarborough Beach Break was comfortable, well appointed, quiet and restful. It’s in a fantastic location on the Redcliffe Peninsula. There are cafes and eateries, and beaches within walking distance. It’s also in a great location for visiting Brisbane, or the Sunshine Coast, or the hinterland (as we did), if you feel like venturing further afield. Kerry and Carl were wonderful, welcoming, considerate hosts, who keep the place spotless. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

We are actually looking to move to Scarborough so we thoroughly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, walking the paths along the beaches and if we had more time we probably would have spent time on the beach.

Easy to find the property. Large floor area, good to be able to do the washing and drying. Airconditioner in the bedroom was welcome. Plenty of hot water. Quiet. One house back from the beach. Mid way between Redcliffe and Scarborough- great location for us.

It is directly on the beach and it’s very quiet and comfortable. Lots of families and not a party hotel. It has two really good cafes next to the entrance. Easy parking. Easy to stay at.
