When I arrived it was cold outside, but the glamping tent was toasty and heated. Also when I rang (to inform staff of change in arrival time) the staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I wanted to stay en-route to Bendigo (as I was going to a festival there) so I was happy the distance from/to train station was very walkable.
