Boasting a renovated bar, bistro and beer garden plus a Rooftop Cocktail Bar, The Bayview Hotel features a wide variety of nightly activities, including live music and karaoke. This was our second stay, we asked for a room furthest away from the main building, since we had first sleepless stay due to toilet music, live band, and edm blaring from the restaurant. All at once. We were allocated room 8 and had a great sleep, however the heat gets overwhelming. The staff are great!!

Located in a prime waterfront position on the New South Wales Central Coast, Mantra Ettalong Beach features impressive ocean views, an outdoor pool and spa. Location amazing opposite the beach. Room was spacious and clean and staff on check in where friendly and also helped arrange a late check out with no issue. Very grateful.

Our room in the hotel was a little basic but clean and comfortable. We had a lovely meal up the road at Woy Woy Leagues Club and saw a wonderful amateur show at the Woy Woy Peninsula Theatre. Very enjoyable weekend.

Easy to come and go
Very close to Ettalong, where we have friends. convenience of railway to Sydney (1 1/4hrs), beautiful walks/cycle beside the river, so wheelchair friendly and great doggie walking too, all on paved walkway. For the keen, walk to Ettalong and wharf or to Umina. Leisure centre and upgraded oval in heart of Woy Woy. Excellent fish and chips just 100m from hotel on river, nice greek restaurant virtually next door to hotel. Hotel good, food very good there. Taxis easy to procure and there is always the bus. Shops are good, surrounding areas are lovely so it is a very easy place to come and go from.

Weekend adventure in Woy Woy
I did a fantastic walk around the waters edge of Woy Woy through to Bouddi National Park. I stayed two nights at the Bayview Hotel that worked perfectly for my needs. I also enjoyed the great atmosphere with live music and karaoke over the two nights. The food was also fantastic. I met some friends at a local cafe with an outdoor garden for breakfast. If I visit again I'll check out more hikes and also a kayak tour.

Handy to train staton and ferry to venture further on day trips. There was a fabulous Mexican restaurant next to our accommodation. Lots of entertaining pelicans. Woy Woy is very small so easy to walk around.

Easy access to the NSW Central Coast
Woy Woy is in a handy location, with good railway service giving easy access to Sydney. The roads are very busy in "peak hours". Decent motel accommodation is limited unless you have a car to stay away from the central area. However, if a holiday is the reason for being here, there are better places, on the coastline.

an relaxing and interesting holiday
It was a good location with regard to its proximity to Ettalong Beach. From Ettalong I could catch a ferry across to Palm Beach, From here I could then get the ferry to Bobbin Head which departed at 11am from Palm Beach. Other day trips included a trip to The Entrance returning via Wyong and Brooklyn where it was possible to go on the postman ferry departing at 10am and returning at 1 pm. There is a good restaurant at Koolewong and also many to choose from in Ettalong and Umina Beach.
