The location is near the beach ( 4 minutes walk).and near the busy strip with all the high ruas hotels, ths, tourist restaurants, and shops. We were upgraded, I think: we were in an apartment with a huge bedroom with 2 queen beds with Urci and huge TV, and a living room with a kitchen, not a studio. There are 3 appt/studios in the garden of the main house of the owners : Spanish speaki g). And there is a modest swimming poo, lounge beds and rable.with chairs to eat outside,

I had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Paola in the concierge was the highlight of my stay, she was so knowledgeable of the island’s activities and restaurants, everything she booked for me was incredible her level of customer service is the best I’ve ever seen in the hospitality industry. Overall was a wonderful experience all together. Thank you to everyone in the hotel for making my experience so special.

The hotel is great even if it is not next to the beach. the pool is nice and welcoming. however, you might struggle to get a chair if you arrive late. the bar is nice next to the pool and also a bar in the pool good parking access - we rented a car which is needed in Aruba if you dont want to depends on taxis the gym is great and accessible 24/7 with great equipment

the structure is very clean and welcoming, in a good area to reach all places of major interest. I must say, however, that the best thing about staying in this hotel is the owner Juerg, who has always been at our disposal and recommended the best places and things to see: he made our trip truly fantastic. Absolutely to recommend !!

Everything within the control of RIU Hotels was amazing! Everyone talks about the construction next door, but you have to have Attention Deficit Disorder if that actually takes your mind off the beach, pool, drinks, and food from the hotel. When we come back to Aruba, this is the first hotel we are going to price!

The crew is very friendly, the accommodation is very neat, there’s enough privacy and it’s quite. a superb place to wind down and relax. Finally, the accommodation is near the tourist strip but away from the massive tourist hotels, which gives your stay a much more relaxed local vibe.

The service was extraordinary; the staff always greets you with a hello and a smile - and always asks if there's anything else they could do. The smaller number of rooms (as compared to the other hotels) made it easier to relax and enjoy the pool and beach.

Location was great, the beach area was within 5 minutes by car from the location. Palm Beach area was about 8m drive. Very cozy hotel, personnel was very friendly and making sure their guests felt great at all times. Breakfast was very good.

The aesthetics of the pools were lovely. There were two pools available. One of the pools had a bar in it which was pretty nice. The outdoor part of the hotel is very nice also. Besides the hotel itself, the staff was friendly.

A very cozy and nice Hotel, the stuff is very friendly and try to help wherever they can. each of the restaurants was worth of going, we will definitely come back again.

location was convenient to access low rise hotels & high rise hotel area. Apartment was well appointed, just needed some minor repair & cleaning.
