Just 656 feet from the famous Palm Beach, Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba is a former coconut plantation offering landscaped tropical gardens and an outdoor pool. Gorgeous property- the photos don't do it justice. I was blown away when I arrived- it's so lush and stunning in every way, from the actual property itself to the individual casitas. You'll feel secluded and removed in the best way possible- attention to detail and design are magnificent. Would 100% return to Aruba, largely to stay at this property again. Staff was so friendly and helpful, and the little touches (like freshly brewed in-room iced tea and great toiletries) made the stay extra special. The room came well equipped with cooking gear, plenty of towels and other features (iron, hairdryer, extra pillows, safe, etc.) you may want on holiday. The spa was lovely- one of the best massages I've had outside of Southeast Asia, and it was nice to see a gym, albeit small, on property. Onsite restaurant (Eduardo's) is a healthy and refreshing change to most of the heavier island fare. Renting a car made it easy to get around the island, and parking was never an issue at the hotel (free and plentiful). I've traveled to nearly 70 countries, and this is easily one of the top places I've stayed. A gem in Aruba, for sure.
Hotel in Eagle Beach
Arubiana Inn Hotel Aruba is just half a mile from Eagle Beach, and has an outdoor pool, a terrace and stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi. Palm Beach is a 5-minute drive away. I’m so glad I found this place! I was traveling solo and got tired of the huge resort I was staying it and found this little gem. Marina and her team Beverly, Mads, Brandon and others were so extremely nice, and made my stay amazing. They arranged a dinner with local food & music as well as a bbq.. was delicious. Breakfast was good and healthy. Bed was super comfortable. Pool area is very nice and peaceful. Location was good, walking distance to beautiful Eagle Beach. It’s good to have a car (in Aruba in general) but the reception helped with taxis and there is a taxi phone as well. Would definitely return!

The Mill Resort and Suites, Radisson Blu Aruba, and Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Palm-Eagle Beach.
The beach is lovely, but crowded; it is one of the most popular beaches on Aruba, just south of Palm Beach (where the high-rise hotels can be found.) Restaurants are within walking distance, and there are bus stops along the way. Taxis are very expensive, so if you want to experience more than just the beach, consider renting a car. There are a lot of activities/tours you can take, such as sunset sails, ATV tours to the interior, a trip to the California Lighthouse. We booked airport transport thru De Palm Tours, and used Viator to book a sunset sail. If you need to have your laundry done, I recommend Quickie Lickie Laundry.
The Boardwalk Boutique Hotel (where I stayed) is actually located by Palm Beach. I did visit Eagle Beach & the Eagle Beach area on only one occasion just to check it out. Plenty of people prefer that low rise area but my preference was the high rise hotel area & Palm Beach. To each, their own. Eagle beach seemed smaller in terms of square feet of sand. I didn't swim there, just walked the beach & took photos of the iconic Fofoti trees there. There is a great grocery store - Super Foods - in the Eagle Beach area, a few blocks from the "Amsterdam" bus stop. Check it out as there are imported items, a decent Keto section & very tasty prepared salads, cold cuts, pre-sliced cheeses & bakery goods. I thought the prices reasonable & it saves money on dining out.
Best beach I have ever been to. Staff always assisting with your needs. They do not stalk you in trying to make you purchase items on the beach. Water activities at your fingertips. Great relaxation all around. Highly recommend Eagle Beach.
The room had problems with the AC, very noisy and no hot water (yes, tried the taps in all positions and let the water run for ages. There is a bar opposite one of the sides of the hotel that "rages" until 1AM. We were on that side of the hotel and sleep was impossible until after 1 so make sure you are located well away from this side if you want to sleep earlier than 1.
As you walk up and down the beach the sand changes in texture. The Holliday Inn cleans the beach daily and as a result the sand is the best along the entire area of Eagle Beach. To the north the beach becomes increasingly coarse with more chunks of coral, to the south there is a bit more seaweed and some rocks.
This beach is great, not too crowded, wide beach, white not hot sand, clean without shells or rocks. Crystal and turquoise water, beautiful sunsets, and safe. While on public beaches you don't find salespeople offering their products.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with a super friendly and helpful staff, that helped os organise everything from tours to taxi to shower room on the day of departure. I can recommend it also for shorter stayovers. For long stays of teo weeks one might want a bigger pool..
Eagle Beach
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean, limited amenities but it was more apartment style then hotel style. perfect for what we were looking for. The price was great too. my twins 6 year old twins definitely enjoyed their birthday trip.
everything was amazing from the staff to the room! if you are looking to book at the Marriott’s don’t waste your money! this boutique hotel is great! the room is just what you need for 3-5 days. I definitely plan to stay again!
Eagle Beach
Service quality and friendliness overall was top notch. You do not have to move a hand here. Hotel is nice and reasonably new. Everything really bows to your desires here. Fantastic experience, we would definitely come again.
At a great location on the island. A resort alike living area, surrounded by golf course and club like facilities (fee based). Nice beaches in the West and a rough coast to the North.
Everything was perfect, hotel was very clean, food was very good, wonderful restaurants, people who work there are amazing, I will definitely come there again
