Owners/staff were very friendly and helpful, though it turns out they were also kind of shady. The location was good- not in old town, but very close to metro and a quick ride to everywhere in city, including old town, and lots of cheap eateries and shops around hostel location. Women's 4-bed dormitory (which I had to walk through to reach bathroom) looked quite nice and quiet. The common area is comfortable, though people were often sleeping the whole night on the couches.

The hotel facilities are superb. The management are doing great job. I will visit and lodge there again Finally! The staff and of the hotel are exceptionally good. They are friendly and accommodating. Azerbaijan is good country with very friendly and accommodating Citizens.

I had no trouble getting to and from the airport thanks to the airport shuttle service, which was invaluable. The service was timely and effective, and the driver was kind and accommodating. I also liked that it was free, which was a nice bonus.
