My stay at this hotel was flawless. We stayed a family suite with 3 children. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and impeccable cleanliness. Dining was a culinary delight, offering exceptional variety and quality. The facilities, including the spa and pool, were outstanding. What truly set the experience apart was the warm, attentive staff who ensured every detail was perfect and the heated bathroom floors. Highly recommended for a memorable luxury experience!

It was cold day temperature was -3 and late booked, and when requested a fire pot and heated pool they provided us in less than hour. They was do there best to make our stay non forgettable.

Everything was excellent. Perfect place to stay in Shahdaq. I will strongly recommend. The owner was very nice and gave upgrade to pool villa without any extra cost. The view is excellent and not far away from main road. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Haven A-Frame! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed the peaceful nature around us — it was the perfect escape from the city. One of the highlights was having a barbecue outdoors while surrounded by trees and fresh air. Everything was just as described, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
