The place and staff were fantastic. The room was very clean, and everyone was extremely helpful. The receptionists were kind and welcoming. The Olive Spa was excellent, with a great coach named Elvir who was both helpful and very attentive. The pool was spacious and consistently well-maintained, and the staff members, just to name a few, Nurlan and Khayala, were also wonderful.

The host Rauf was very professional and polite and helped us plan our trip better. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and also halal which meant we were able to eat everything in the buffet. The room was huge, with lots of closet space and a big TV which let us wind down after a long day of walking. The hotel looked newly renovated and had modern fixtures and lighting. Everything was very neat and clean. It was very close to Xatai metro station which made it very easy to travel without booking a cab. Easily the best choice for my stay in Baku.

We arrived very late into Baku airport and were able to check in here at 4am. They allowed us to stay a little late also due to such a late arrival

I had a Room service problem and I was very upset , and the front desk superviser MR Matlab, first with a very professional approach responded efficiently to my problem and second make my stay very confortable. I highly recommend the white restaurant the lentil soup and the spicy pasta was excellent I had an excellent massage in the spa, The swimming pool IS very Big and clean

Everything in Avenue Hotel Baku by Smart is incredible. The staff and location are terrific. The room was so clean, and looked exactly like the pictures - to be honest it exceeded my expectations with that giant "Hollywood" proportions of the "Superior" room (#604), the high glass windows and view of the skycrapers outside - (almost) like Manhattan, (almost) like in the Hollywood movies. The staff are so generous and kind, i loved coming back to my hotel room to see that it was exceptionally cleaned with daily top up of water bottles. the breakfast buffet was superb and the food - delicious! I really loved the service - such a great hotel! Huge thanks to the hotel staff, who assisted in coordinating my transfers. I highly recommend the hotel based on the location as well as staff. I work as a journalist - a sports photographer. Next time I visit Baku for the next big championships - I will stay AGAIN in Avenue Hotel Smart by Baku!!!
