In summer most people come here for hiking and cycling, or skiing during winter. I've booked 3 rooms for a nearby summer trail running event, and we've all been very happy about our stay. Extremely friendly staff, the facilities were clearly signposted and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely beyond our expectations, with local dry cured beef ham and pura and grilled vegetables. I really liked it. The view from our rooms were also amazing, thank you for everything, we'll hope we'll get back next year!

Our stay at Etno Koliba was wonderful. We had such a warm and friendly welcome from Duran and Zineta, amazing homecooked pie and breakfast, and the views are astonishingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and exactly what we needed after a long hike! A treasured experience in the beautiful village of Lukomir.

Koliba is a special place on my favourite Bosnian mountain. If you'd like to experience Bjelasnica's air, meadows, hikes, sheep, shepherdesses and of course, the brilliant home-made food, this is the place for you. The cabin was comfortable with a terrace that offers stunning views of the surrounding hills. Breakfast is an epic feast of the traditional Bosnian specialties and gives you all the energy to explore the Bjelasnica's and the Umoljani's beauties. Spending a night and waking up on the mountain gave us the opportunity to enjoy the special place even more. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!
