Everything was perfect, from a nice receptionist, to food and it was really confortable. They even upgraded our room from economy to queen so it was really a good surprise. The location was nice because of the park and a river. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night before a flight out of Sarajevo, the breakfast was great, lobby bar had excellent coffee and food options. The " hills pizza " is a must try. The room size was larger than most rooms with a large balcony. The beds were perfect. The pools and facility overall are beautiful.

This was the best hotel that I stayed in on my trip to Sarejevo. Brought my family and we were able to stay in one or the family suites. It had a cute loft that they could climb up and they enjoyed that. The room was clean, smelled fresh and I totally would return here again, I wish I had known about it sooner on my trip. It's a bit further from the city center, but I didn't mind since we have a car rental anyways. For me, cleanliness is important and I cam tell this place is clean. Breakfast was good, there were some jams, cheeses, and the hostess prepared is made to order omelets. We had two loads of laundry cleaned for us with a small fee. For the price we paid, they exceeded our expectations.
