Nice hotel with all good quality amenities. and very friendly staff. All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly, and took great care of us with kindness and respect except for one individual, whose attitude unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience. However, I am still happy to give a full score of 10, without deducting any points for the one staff member who affected the overall atmosphere of the stay. All staff in Era restaurant are attentive and went beyond our expectations.

We had a very good experience staying in the hotel. We have been traveling across Europe for almost 2 weeks, and this is the best hotel that we stayed during our Eurotrip. The hotel is situated near a Tram/Metro station, which is very convenient if you're arriving by Train. There is also a grocery next to the hotel, helpful if you need to grab any snacks. When we first arrived in the hotel, the reception staff, Hassine, was really helpful. He provided us with a city map, gave some recommendations, and also helped us to make the overall check-in process seamless. The hotel also provide umbrella, which guest can borrow during their stay. The bedroom and bathroom were really spacious, clean, and complete with all the amenities. Really value for money considering its affordable room rate with all of its perks. Definitely will stay again here when we visit Brussels in the future.

A charming Art Nouveau building located in a very peaceful area. Very close to public transport but separated from it where almost all the noise comes from the geese in the nearby lake. The room I got was huge with a large and very comfortable bed and a large bathroom which is piece of art in itself. Definitely on my list of places to visit again and highly recommended for people who prefer a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

    Enjoyed Grote Market and seeing the other sites of the city.

    Enjoyed Grote Market and seeing the other sites of the city. Waffles were overrated. Chocolate was very good. You can bathe in the history and architecture of the city and that was wonderful. Surprised that it was not especially clean and the graffiti seemed everywhere. These issues soiled an otherwise great lady. It is only a short train ride to Bruges and I would recommend the day trip.

    Very pedestrian friendly, but the city needs better signage, especially from a seniors perspective..not everyone can navigate the city by phone, and even if you could better sign would help..eg I could not find one sign for the Toot bus, because it was so hidden on the regular bus stop, who could tell?

    Ibis Hotel Brussels Centre Midi is very close to Railway Station. We had tea at a restaurant on the other side of the railway station, as we couldn't find anything that we fancied around the hotel. You can't park cars around the railway station on Saturday nights as they have a street market on Sunday Morning and the Police remove any cars parked where the street market is held. It wasn't really that clear where parking wasn't allowed, which we didn't need to clarify, as we arrived and departed by train. Enjoyed what we saw of Brussels.

    Brussels is beautiful.

    Brussels is beautiful. Tiny bit like Paris without the pomp. People very friendly. Loved the buildings and the food. Had a lovely time. Really need at least two to three days to get a real feel for the place.

    Fun city to visit.

    Fun city to visit. Beautiful architecture, delicious chocolates, gorgeous smaller places around Brussels - Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp. One thing to be cautious about - watch out for pick pocketers. My cell phone was taken in broad daylight after I got off the train and was walking thru the station. Thankfully I noticed it right away and was able to get it back.

    Brussels city centre itself is pretty.

    Brussels city centre itself is pretty. But the second you leave the city centre it is horrific, rubbish thrown on every pavement, a lingering smell of rubbish and hundreds of homeless people. The "sights" to see take about 1 hour so my advice skip Brussels. It's overrated and we would not return for safety reasons

    I enjoyed my stay very much: the modern interior of the hotel and the cleanness were on a high level. The amenities, including umbrella renting are convenient and of high quality. The staff was very professional and assisted me with everything necessary. The location is good, a walking distance from the city center, close to different types of public transport and there are supermarkets in the area. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again if visiting Brussels in the future!

    The location of the hotel is very central and convenient! The room is small and there is not much space to hang or store things, if i had a suitcase or carry on luggage it would barely if not fit at all. But if you only need a room to sleep that is convenient and clean then it is perfect! The price is a bit too high for what you get but in Brussels city centre is difficult to find something cheaper:)

    The hotel has an excellent location in the historic city center, within walking distance of most tourist attractions, markets, and restaurants. The bus stop is nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Carlos, Hussein, Nani, Anastasia, and the rest of the staff whose names I can't remember. Overall, an excellent hotel to stay in while visiting Brussels.

    The hotel was in a great location, a quick walk from Brussels Nord, and a reasonable stroll into the city center. The rooms were all very creatively designed with lots of quirky art and features. We loved the tv stand that rotated to allow you to watch tv in bed or from the living space. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.
