It is close to the airport. There is a shuttle to and from the airport that operates all day long. There are activities for the kids including an X-box, painting zone, slide and a big garden. The breakfast is great. You can always have your fresh orange juice. Rooms are big. We were supposed to get one room with one bed and one sofa bed but since there was not one available, the hotel gave us two rooms with one bed each instead. We appreciated the gesture.

As a million plus point Hilton Honors member, I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at a Hilton, or for that matter, any hotel outside, perhaps, the Oriental .

    Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

    There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

    Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

    The best possible option if one is in transit through Brussels airport, before or after 13 hours flight - VERY CONVENIENT: 5 min away (mid-night - 25 euros taxi and morning free shuttle), vey comfortable and silent rooms, and extremely polite and friendly hospitality. Namely, the staff coordinating the breakfast stations. THANK YOU so much, Domingos. I certainly will return to this hotel any time the flight has such a long stopover in Brussels.

    Short taxi ride to airport for a fixed fee of 15 euros. I had a very early flight but hotel booked me my taxi for 4am without problem. It's about a 12 minute walk from Diegem train station and with an upwards slope.
