IsraelI had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect. The room was spotless, and comfortable. One of the best aspects was the location, as it was right next to a public transportation station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.
It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport.
Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

Very friendly and efficient staff who arranged early check. Close to the airport and the public bus route 272 from the airport stopped 400 metres from the hotel. Bus stop we learnt was Diegem Kennedy and you had to tell the bus driver that. I had a fall in the shower and the hotel managed the situation a very helpful and caring way. We stayed again on our return to Brussels to fly out. First question on return was to check how I had recovered from the fall. Wow.

The hotel is conveniently close to the Brussels Airport. My room was clean and sufficient for my overnight stay before flying back to the States. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay the hotel again if I had the chance.
