The rooms were extremely comfortable and the food was amazing! We had dinner and breakfast there and it was fabulous meals both times! Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.
It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

Very convenient location right next to the train station. I had asked if I could drop my suitcase a couple of days earlier prior to my stay and that was no problem. Nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. Possibility to buy snacks and drinks. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Big modern and clean room. Good value for money and friendly staff. Will stay again in the future when traveling out of Brussels Airport.

Business hotel. Standard Marriott fare, nice staff at the reception. It was my first time there after many stays at the Holiday Inn nearby and I wanted a change. The 'restaurant' is ok for small simple things and the breakfast was all right. Compared to the other hotels in that alley, this is the newest and most modern, so it is ok if you plan to remain in your room and not walk around ;)

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was completely fine. Good facilities at the hotel (Ibis Kitchen and bar etc). WiFi connection is essential and worked well. AirCon within the room means guests can control the temperature.

Short taxi ride to airport for a fixed fee of 15 euros. I had a very early flight but hotel booked me my taxi for 4am without problem. It's about a 12 minute walk from Diegem train station and with an upwards slope.
