United StatesReally nice modern hotel in center of Charleroi . Good bicycle storage inside . Reception was very friendly. Spoke English which made conversation easier . Really nice room - 437 - with view of the square .
Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Close to many restaurants. Their on-site restaurant was closed but we walked about 300m. to a nice restaurant called “The Huggy Burger” . Very nice breakfast in a comfortable area of the hotel .

BulgariaJeremie was great. He came at midnight to pick us from the airport due to a delayed flight. Perfect place for a quick stay 10 mins away from the airport. Has no breakfast included but has an alternative option for an insignificant charge - cheap coffee, juice and donuts, all we needed for an exciting day start. Recommend.

BelgiumMy stay was an exceptional experience. The hotel is really beautiful and the decoration is elegant. The room was pleasant, and spacious, the bed comfortable.
All staff members from night front desk receptionist to cleaning young lady were quite nice.
Breakfast is awesome, a lot a variety : cold meats, cheese, pastries, a chef to cook eggs on demand, etc..
I loved this hotel, it revives the tradition of grand hotels.
Far more that what you can expect from an airport hotel.
More over the parking is free during your stay, and even for people from outside the hotel during 6 hours.
