Such a beautiful area, perfect get away if seeking a peaceful holiday with plenty of things to do if you want a more active break. Thoroughly recommend hiring a kayak. We had a fantastic time paddling down the semois ( 17km) stopping at a beautiful riverside restaurant ( le troquet plage) on the way down. Pizza restaurant in the town was very very good. Loved the little tapas bar ( le barbiche)near the bridge. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy a Belgian beer.Guest review byRachelMalaysia - 10.0

I only stayed for a weekend, it's a small town but very charming-looking with ample woods and nature in all directions. Easy to stay here for a week and not get bored, especially with the town of Bouillon and its incredible citadel only a 30 minute drive away. Even moved their car to allow us to park our motorbike in a safe place. The room was large, the bathroom was large, both very clean. We were given access to living area, and told to feel at home, even could make noise and welcome our friends who were staying at a nearby hotel. Super clean and breakfast was excellent. A bit remote but the staff at the hotel sorted us a taxi to a nearby village to a restaurant and bar and I loved, loved staying here. I fell ill over night and I was with two mates on a motorcycling trip, when I woke up in the morning we were told we could stay another night for free untill I felt better.
