    The Hotel has a really good traditional restaurant, which is very busy weekends, so you should reserve a table, plus if you want breakfast then ask on arrival. The owner is really helpful but doesn't speak English, however the restaurant staff we met were fluent in English. The hotel and restaurant are right in the centre of old Berkovitsa. Check out their Facebook page for events and menus.

    Great place to stay on way through Bulgaria. Multi-story hotel (home) located in suburb neighborhood. Got the balcony room which gave wonderful view of town and mountainside. The dinner in attached restaurant had local foods and drinks and nice atmosphere. Had to leave early to get to Greece but they prepared some pastries for us. This was a rest place for us and we rested well.

    I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice hotel with a real, large lobby, comfortable yard with a small restaurant, tables and chairs conveniently and flexibly arranged around the pool and the restaurant. Rooms are quite large, comfortable and very quite. People were very very accommodating and nice. I traveled with my 2 year old.

    We want to mention Madelena who helped us very much. We've forgot our guide Bulgaria book at the hotel. When I called them, they looked for, found the book and Madelena sent it to us at the hotel we stay now (in Borovets), so she did really something special for us. THANK YOU AGAIN Madelena!!!!

    The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very big and well equipped. There was a good option for parking and the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. They serve good espresso.
