There was no answer to my phone call and no response to my message sent on the Booking.com app. Had to then find alternate accommodation at the last minute in a smallish town where there weren’t many other options. The owner is really helpful but doesn't speak English, however the restaurant staff we met were fluent in English. The hotel and restaurant are right in the centre of old Berkovitsa.
