Really impressed! I can hardly recommend this hotel to every person that want to visit Veliko Tarnovo. Lovely view from the balcony . Also one of the best spa so far in Bulgaria. I liked the room, the food, the service and the turkish baths. They offer us a welcome drink and water in the room, tea and coffee all of good quality. Everything was good quality. The parking was a little far but it was paid by the hotel and it was securized with surveillance 24/7. So, no worries about the car.

Our host Viktoria was super nice, friendly and accommodating! The apartment was beyond perfect. Everything was clean and neat and we had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was extra large and super comfortable. There are TVs in each room which was a nice thing too. The location was great for people traveling by car like us.
