To get to the city center from the location we were hosted was very easy. 10 minutes walking to arrive the restaurants area (which were plenty and with good foods). Byala is a friendly town good for a family trip.
Byala is a friendly town good for a family trip. Not too busy but has decent restaurants and attractions. The beach was not crowded. At some areas there was a rocky ribbon entering the sea, but could be avoided by moving to a different spot. There was a bistro right at the beach where there were regulated and unregulated sections, so good for every budget. Come with your own transport to avoid public transportation nightmare. Quiet, not crowded.
Quiet, not crowded. Polite people in the shops and restaurants. Real relax. White cliffs ( Belite Skali) are beautiful; a walk on the beach to them recommended. Byala is not very big, the infrastructure is a mess when travelling by car, but if you want to relax and enjoy a nice beach, and you’re not a club person THIS is the right place to spend time at the beach, with great restaurants. The city was affected by the pandemic situation, sadly, there are a lot of properties not finished or closed. The food at the restaurants I tried was very good cooked, prices ok. Sidewalks and public space are clean. You might get a feeling beeinb in Greece or Cyprus. There are not so many tourists like in Golden Sands or Albena. You can visit the archeological site from balcony because the archeological site is all around this building. The beach is close and it takes a 5 min walk to reach it. The caretakers of this place are very nice and helpful people. You can visit Obzor who is at 7.5 km from this location.. In the center of Byala there is a fast-food that sells only fish and seafood, I have bought several times from them.
