Dospat is a very small town.
Dospat is a very small town. There is a bank with an atm, a few supermarkets with most things, and a few restaurants. Our favorite was Ресторант-градина Орфей- which has excellent food and was open until 11pm (other places closed before 8pm). Liked: surrounded by mountains and next to the lake. Good starting point to explore the nearby attractions such as : Iagoginska cave, The Devil’s throat cave, The canyon, Devin. Didn’t like: The view from the hotel is obstructed by a huge building of a mosque. There are loud prayers through speakers a few times a day.
