It is a family owned business, and the owners made sure my needs were met. They went above and beyond. I highly endorse this hotel! The owner even came and paid my restaurant bill because a restaurant did not take credit cards. I reimbursed him. The owner also walked with me to make sure I found my way to the restaurant.

The hotel is ideally situated for the airport and was easy to find. The Check-in process was really efficient and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms were excellent with everything you could need, very modern and stylish. We went to the mall that's within walking distance where there's plenty of places to eat and lot's of opportunity to shop. We had booked an overnight stay before getting our flight back home to the UK. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to people who are wanting somewhere before or after a flight. We'd also definitely stay here again when in Sofia.

This is a truly superb hotel. The rooms are big - seriously huge. Decorated in a minimalist way which adds to the feeling of space. Beds are comfortable and with good quality linen, and there's loads of storage space. It's all brand spanking new and everything works exactly as it should. The breakfast restaurant is on the 12th floor with a panoramic view of the city. It's lovely. It even has an impressive background music system complete with subwoofers dotted around the area, making the background music in the restaurant sound wonderful - a small thing, I know, but for someone who appreciates sound quality like me, it was a really nice touch. The free of charge underground parking area is likewise spacious, easy to access and negotiate, and has plenty of spaces.
