Everything was perfect, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The termal pool was awesome as well as the spa area. We did massages and the person doing them is a true professional. All in all, I think it's very good for the value.

Nice surroundings. The hotel is in the middle of a forest. It has a pool but it was empty during our stay. They have waited for us until very late. Reasonably clean.

The stuff was hospitable, the food was perfect. The pool was always warm/hot, there was hot water in bathroom all the time and the rooms were warm throughout the whole day. Great stay for the value. They also gave us a baby cot in one of the rooms.

The setting in a quiet village near Bansko, the mineral pool which was fabulous and the owner Voika who was so kind. The room was basic and the bathroom a little tight but for the amount of time I spent there it didn’t matter too much. The pool is fed by a hot mineral spring so is always hot no matter the season. This is also a restaurant so you can eat heartily there too. Voika has no English so you’ll need to rely on Google translate to communicate.
