I like the view from the room, the facilities from the spa and the pool. I did't like the attitude of the hotel employees, the beach area in water (the shore was very steep and there were stone in water), the cleanliness of the room.
The sandy beach is quite large but not very clean The place is quite small, you can take a walk on the long beach or on paths through a green forest like zone. There are a number of nice restaurants, all have fish and fresh mussels but other dishes as well. There are two outside pools and a nice spa.
A quite place to stay with not that many hotels and definitely not crowded. The longest sand beach in Bulgaria, so you can always find your place on it. The place is good if you want to have a real rest, no or very few night clubs and bars.
It is a secluded place, practically in the middle of nowhere, with some bars on the beach, but mostly suitable for going fishing then having a long vacation to sunbath or swim. It is Ok for several days, but not for a long holiday. For those hoping for nature and wilderness there is some potential there, but the Long Beach Hotel & Spa complex, with its urban look, spoils it all. The complex itself is comfortable, but it is in contrast with the rest of the place.
Not a 5*hotel at all.I was simply shocked when we were told, when we were leaving, that we needed to pay for our stay there, despite the fact that, when I booked my holiday, I provided my credit card details as this was part of the booking procedure. 30 % of the amount was supposed to be taken in advance while the rest would have been taken prior to our arrival there. Well, the receptionist, raising her voice, told me,that this had nothing to do with them as 'Booking ' didn't provide them my credit card details. Eventually ,she checked our booking and confirmed that my credit card details had been provided. The thing is that with the fall of the pound and exchange rates my holiday costs now a bit more than expected. The other thing which is quite annoying is the attitude of the staff. No greetings,no smiles, and somehow, there was a point ,I even didn't wanted to speak to them. The only person showing some friendliness was our housekeeper ,who I thank a lot for making our holiday a bit more bearable. I may continue with the quality of the food and the location of that so called restaurant ,with cars passing by while people are having dinner. Additionally,I noticed that it's not only me who got mistaken with what actually is included in 'all inclusive ' package . You should simply outline clearly that spa facilities etc are not included there.
Good for low-budget travellers, village life and nature lovers. Fine sand, not crowded beach, mainly local people. Shallow water, but sometimes with high waves. Mussel specialities, menus in English and with pictures, but the waiters don't speak English well, if at all. Good place for relaxation and sun-bathing, nothing special to do around.
The apartment was very comfortable
