A fantastic hotel where the staff even helped us with transportation from the airport late in the evening. Although it's an older hotel with older furnishings, it has character, and the rooms were absolutely clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we truly appreciate the great staff who helped and advised us. We would gladly return and definitely recommend it to guests who are looking for a peaceful accommodation.

Veru beautiful city where you can find everything you need. The beach is beautiful, with many cafes, restaurants, and places to have fun and enjoy the beach. The Sea GArden is a huge relaxation place where you can also do tons of fun things with your family. The port is also very nice, it has many restaurants and attractions, it is one hell of an adventurous city.

The beach at Varna is decent, relatively c;lean and water is warm even in colder days. We went to various restaurants that we loved - Martini Bar, El Kaoan, Monkeys, Mr. Baba, Alba, Pette Kishcheta. They are all very different but food was great everywhere. In the two rainier days we just walked the streets and visited the Navy Museum and the Aquarium (they seem to be very popular, especially for families with children). Some of the restaurants on the beachfront aloo have umbrellas and sunbeds for hire - we recommend Monkeys - they were very nice and accommodating.

Hidden gem in Europe if you ask me.
Hidden gem in Europe if you ask me. Great nightlife consisting of clubs, hip bars, pubs, great (childfriendly/vegetarian/Vegan friendly) restaurants.
Easy to get around.
Great for a long weekend whether it is to party or to just relax on the city beaches.
Yes, it can be cleaner (but so does Rome and Napoli), and yes people can be a bit more friendly and polite (but that's the same everywhere, isn't it?)
All in all, if you travel here, you won't regret it.

Varna is a charming city that exceeds expectations. The historical elements are truly remarkable, and we stumbled upon a helpful website, www.varnaeye.com, which guided us through the city's rich history and culture. I highly recommend this destination for a short vacation. It offers a wide range of attractions, including the oldest known gold mine in the world!
Please explore this incredible Eastern European destination. You won't be disappointed!

Compared to Sofia the people are quite rude (believe it or not), despite living next to the sea...
Some bus lines are privately owned and a bus ticket for one does not apply to the other. This became clear after the ticket master started shouting at us for not buying a ticket from THEIR company.
In short, if there is no: "I <3 Varna" written on the bus, it is a privately owned bus.
The most comfortable mattress out of the 4 hotels I’ve stayed (3-5*) on my short tour in Bulgaria. Lots of space. Walk in shower appreciated as I have mobility issues (most accessible room from what I can see).
Stocked minibar (pay by item) a nice touch for weary travelers.
Location near city bus stops. A shop at the end of the road. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. Although I had the car park outside my window/door I slept well.
They also offer travel items at the reception which is appreciated.
The hotel is very stylish and beautiful.
We arrived earlier and we were able to leave our luggage and wait for the check-in. The owners are very sweet and speak a lot of languages (at least english, bulgarian, german and polish).
There was working AC in the room (what a blessing).
We had a very beautiful balcony with the sea view. It was delightful to sit at the balcony and have a rest after the long road to the sea and enjoy beautiful view. We didn't have troubles with other guests.
Excellent location, on the left you have the beach and the Sea Garden. On the right side, you have the port.
Very clean hotel (rooms, lobby, everything); Very polite, kind staff, they don't forget to smile :)
I think I've visited Bulgaria about 30 times and this is by far the best breakfast I've ever had. You have plenty of choices, and the food quality is outstanding.
Having said that, I warmly recommend Panorama Hotel, if you visit Varna.
It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and ready to assist. I enjoyed staying at the room with the balcony. Next time I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for making my trip to Bulgaria so warm.
