Everything about our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼 The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

The breakfast was really great. My wife really raved about the croissants, they were really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff in the restaurant were really courteous and kind and super friendly. We had breakfast there twice, we liked it so much that we'll try to do a Saturday morning brunch one weekend. The library is amazing, my wife and I played a game of chess from a set we bought from the souq. Also, we had ordered eclectic flavors of ice cream. It's a great space to study, there are a nice assortment of books. The artwork is really awesome. The whole vibe of the hotel is really nice. Honestly, I wish this was an apartment building. I would totally move to this hotel! :) Will stay here again.
