Glen and Gail were really kind and available when we needed them. The room was great - we had a few issues with the bathtub and smell but everything was fixed right away. I appreciated their kindness and willingness to help us navigate Bermuda. Thank you both!

We were celebrating my wife's 30s Birthday, and the hotel was amazing. The private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been, the staff is incredible, the food in all three restaurants, including the breakfast, is fantastic. I really recommend it!

They kindness and dedication to make it easy for their hosts to get to and from town with their shuttles. The owners always being around and their prompt engagement with all hosts.

    Fascinating town culturally and architecturally. You would have to look hard to find a bad meal. The restaurants at which we ate were uniformly excellent. However, depending upon from where you come, you might experience some "sticker shock."

    We thought the city to be lovely and quaint. Very clean and well-kept. Many restaurants to choose from. Great shopping along the beautiful harbor. The locals are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Liked the variety of shops, there is something for everyone. Really enjoyed looking at the beautiful pastel colored buildings. The location is great.. doesn't take long to get to the beaches. There is a ferry you can use to get to the further out places such as Somerset/Sandy's Parish (we didn't use it, but its available).

    Part of the hotel is renovated and I initially had a not renovated room. I couldn't open the windows of the room. When I complained I got a different room looking more towards the street and air conditioning engines which were loud during the night. At 699 $ the night totally below expectations!

    This is an excellent well located hotel. Staff are super helpful especially Tata and Rebecca along with Francis. The light breakfast was good and the evening cocktail hour excellent. Rooms were beautiful, clean and with all facilities we needed. Everything felt new and modern. We stayed for 6 nights and wished it could have been longer. Thank you to each one of the members of the Oxford House team. Roger and Lesley from Australia.
