    Fascinating town culturally and architecturally. You would have to look hard to find a bad meal. The restaurants at which we ate were uniformly excellent. However, depending upon from where you come, you might experience some "sticker shock."

    We thought the city to be lovely and quaint.

    We thought the city to be lovely and quaint. Very clean and well-kept. Many restaurants to choose from. Great shopping along the beautiful harbor. The locals are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Liked the variety of shops, there is something for everyone. Really enjoyed looking at the beautiful pastel colored buildings. The location is great.. doesn't take long to get to the beaches. There is a ferry you can use to get to the further out places such as Somerset/Sandy's Parish (we didn't use it, but its available).

    Part of the hotel is renovated and I initially had a not renovated room. I couldn't open the windows of the room. When I complained I got a different room looking more towards the street and air conditioning engines which were loud during the night. At 699 $ the night totally below expectations!

    The epitome of hospitality. The ladies I met during my checking and check out both were great and made me feel really welcomed . The location is convenient and the breakfast is an experience as you can make your own waffle and plenty of choices plus a great coffee. Royal Palms holds that special ambience that its hard to find these days . If you look for personalized service, it's the perfect place in Hamilton.

    I requested a baby cot in my room which wasn’t there when we arrived despite confirmation. Eventually we got one and were charged quite heavily for it. There was some confusion about whether our stay included breakfast. No one seemed to be able to confirm this! Overall though the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice although not overly great for young children.
