The hotel is only 5minutes away from the airport and a 2minute walk to the malls. Staff is very friendly. We arrived at around 1am and the receptionist waited for us so we can check in. room is clean and very comfy.

We just stayed there & it was clean, manager is super nice & professional, we enjoyed breakfast and the rooms are very large with great wifi. It is right on the river & you can take a nice riverboat tour right from the hotel to see town, the water villages & proboscis monkeys & beautiful forests & mangrove areas for only 15pp. It is the hotel's riverboat. You can also catch water taxis to go to different areas in town. There is a large grocery store right next door, plenty of nearby restaurants, and even a yummy fried chicken fast food place right there. We had one small snafu, but the manager Aziz more than made it right, and we really appreciated it. So it's not even a negative. It is well run!

Booking of different room. Since i selected the promo room. The promo picture of the room mislead the the actual room. But the hotel give the best solution for the booking. Feel great for the solution and helpful of the staff. They provided the best room with double queen bed for the us.. very comfy n great for 1 family room of 4 person thanks !!! The room is big enough for two person. Never thought that bedroom will be in other rooms, toilet in other room. Its like 1 room but with two room inside. Staff cleaned the room everyday, topup all mineral water and change the towel. Room got iron and iron board, chiller and tv. Aircond was nice and cold. Bathroom got bathtub also.

    Walk down to the river jetties and take a boat ride. Best time 4-6pm. No need to book. See the long nosed monkeys, crocodiles and other wildlife in the rainforest. 1 hour tour cost $35. Amazing adventure not to be missed.

    Beautiful, clean, peaceful country with lovely people. Everything is closeby for a quick tourist visit to mosques, palace, night market and mall. I would love to go back again for an overnight stop over, only because Royal Brunei is an outstanding airline. Very easy to navigate as its a small airport, small city, no traffic. I was respectful with their custom when I opened my wine which I bought from my previous destination, you can drink wine - you just have to bring your own as they don't sell alcohol in Brunei.

    -The Ulu Temburong National Park is excellent!

    -The Ulu Temburong National Park is excellent! I went on a one-day tour there and did the boating, rafting, hiking, and climbing up to 6 observation towers (43 to 58 meters tall) to enjoy a fantastic view seeing the canopy and the horizon. -The Brunei River tour is great too! I saw the mangrove forest and a few proboscis monkeys. Also surprisingly, I saw a crocodile swimming in the river, even just a very short time for 2, 3 minutes. Thanks a lot to the boat driver guide. -The water village is a first-time experience for me. I stayed for 2 nights there. It's pretty nice.

    Different tourists have different tastes and preferences, hence my wonderful experiences of BSB may not be the same as that of others. But given the cost of my recent visit to BSB, I must say that it is like a "province" of Singapore -- with wide, landscaped roadways, generally clean points of interests, and sparsely populated (because of Ramadan?). We did have a good time!

    I love Bandar Seri Begawan.

    I love Bandar Seri Begawan. It has been my ancestors' place of origin, of course, but that is not the only reason. The reasons are attractive places located at the heart of the city like Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien Park. Foods also can be found easily at the city at affordable price in Brunei dollar/ringgit.

    Not a usual place for travellers, but once you're there you're in awe of the natural beauty and beautiful architecture of the country. It is a good place to travel to for a short trip of up to 4 days.

    the room was super big, proper, clean and near with supermarket, and restaurant (aneka rasa) so delicious and cheap. fyi brunei transportation system like 90 where they using an old bus that will cost 1 dollar. and surprisingly i wait an hour no bus come to the airport. the hotel offer 20 dollar for shuttle from airport to hotel and i think it was the cheapest. i cant install dart for some reason and ask the hotel to book for me when i want to travel around. better rent a car, it was quite cheap and the fuel price is cheap.

    We had a fun and relaxing holiday in Brunei thanks to the staff of the Radisson Hotel, most especially our driver, Amin; as well as Naj, Arlyn, Munish, Margie and Muhammad, who helped us with breakfast; and Suryana, Myrsan and Shafiqah who took care of us at dinner. The food was great, the service was exemplary, and our overall experience has been worry-free and memorable (and the beds are the comfiest ever!). We wish the staff all the best for the future. Keep up the good work!

    Having a private room in an apartment that has little stores/entertainment and the coupons for the vending machine. Just a note for any travellers transiting through Brunei on a Friday, no stores or currency exchange operate between 11am-2pm because of prayer time (I think), so please get yourself something to eat or change currency early if your lands Friday morning. Otherwise, you'll likely be stuck with nothing to eat for hours
