Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing and frustrating. I arrived late at night, exhausted, only to find I had been given a room with two beds instead of the one I had reserved. The room was on a noisy part of the second floor, and to make things worse, the bathroom was dirty, which was upsetting after a long day of travel. The next day, I asked for the room to be cleaned, but it was still dirty afterward. On top of that, I was questioned as if I were making it up—which felt really unfair and uncomfortable. I truly don’t understand why I would lie about something like that. The issues didn’t stop there—my room key didn’t work at all during my stay, so I had to go to the front desk every single time I needed to get in. The elevator button also didn’t work properly, adding even more stress. This experience left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, as no guest should have to go through this.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was great! It is very close to a lot of restaurants and a big mall, we were able to walk to. It is a great place for those who are fine with less fancy rooms and enjoy a clean and inexpensive night away!
