Property has a good location. Only 3 minutes away from the main park. It is a beautiful open green space with swimming pool, lots of trees, ducks. The chalets are all over around the swimming pool. On the right side of the entrance, there is a reception and a breakfast room. Please note they do not serve lunch and/or dinner.

The hostel is really pretty and well decorated. Super clean and relaxing environment. Roberto is so welcoming and I made good friends with the volunteers. Food for breakfast was made with local ingredients and delicious. +little sweet star monkeys appear in the morning in common areas and are so sweet.

We have visited Vilangelim many times and are always happy with our stay. The grounds and facilities are lush, beautiful and well conceived, preserving the tropical setting and vegetation. A very comfortable and welcoming environment, whether spending most of your time on excursions around the area or hanging at the pool and restaurant to relax after a day at the beach. HIghly recommended.

    Imbassai is a small town with basic services.

    Imbassai is a small town with basic services. I recommend to rent a car o pick taxis after the sunset, and move to Praia Do Forte (only 10 minutes by car) where you can find many good restaurants and shops. But to rest and enjoy the beach, Imbassai is undoubtely better.

    Imbassaí is beautiful all year-round.

    Imbassaí is beautiful all year-round. The part where the river meets the ocean is beautiful but always full of people. I recommend walking further away by the beach where you can find small restaurants like Santorini or Porto da jangada where Trudy and Zemar take really good care of you. At night, you can have dinner at Jerimum where they serve a great pizza and other wonderful things. Everything is closeby so you can walk everywhere.

    The Madalena is a great Pousada, like a small boutique hotel. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, well-decored. You can find everything you need for a nice stay. There are some rooms with a small balcony, excellent for reading and chilling, and there is also a pool for guests' use. The breakfast is a feast, superb! The staff and owner are really friendly and nice. The hotel is near everything in Imbassai and has a parking lot... I certainly enjoyed staying at the Madalena!!

    The flat is exactly how you see in the pictures, nicely decorated and with all amenities needed for your stay. The wifi is good and there's air com in all rooms, the outside was well kept and the swimming pool is of good size, my kids enjoyed very much.
