All the staff in the hotel are genuinely good. Ms. Shearb is exceptionally caring and truly helpful. My initial plan was to stay there for 3 nights. But my wife and I decided to extend the stay by 3 more night because we enjoyed the cordial atmosphere, personal care and delicious food provided by Ms. Shearb and her team. Shearb- you are truly amazing and your presence adds extra star value to this hotel.

Finally, the manager (Gokul Ghalley) helped us with planning our daily itinerary(tiger's nest, paro, thimpu, punakha, haa) providing a car and excellent guide(Deepak and Rohan),arranged is for a stay in Punakha(lobesa resort). I had a wonderful stay at Zhideychan Resort in Paro. The location is absolutely stunning — perched in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, yet only a short walking distance from the city. It strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The highlight of my stay was definitely waking up to those majestic mountain views right from my room. The resort also has a beautiful glass bar with huge windows that frame the scenery perfectly. Sitting there with a drink and watching the mountains was a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the resort felt very calm and welcoming. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help.
