ThailandEverything! It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Everything ws new and clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy I did not want to get out in the morning. It is PERFECTLY located where I could look at the mountains as well as walk 10 mins to a quaint and picturesque square. Lunch and dinner were delicious! The STAFF were AMAZING. So very helpful. ...especially the young man at the front (whose name I wrote but lost! ) I would HIGHLY recommend the Willows Hotel! I will definitely stay here again.

In my assessment, the hotel provides one of the best hospitality, service and care amongst all the hotels in town. I would like to specifically mention the elaborate complimentary breakfast and sumptuous meals at the in-house restaurant. Similarly, the reception, housekeeping and travel desk provide exceptional and personalised service.
