Location was good, 10-15 minutes of walk to the Ipperwash Beach. However, this motel has its own pool, which was a big bonus to our stay, we used it early morning and at night time. At day time we went to Pinery Provincial Park. That is an amazing place with lots of short hiking trails and lots of picnic tables locates very privately. This park is located 15 minutes of drive from the motel. There is a nice grassy picnic area with huge trees in front of the motel and there are picnic tables and outdoor fire place there.

The staff is always cheerful and happy to help. the rooms are clean and big enough. We will absolutely be back.
