Everything was spotless clean. Staff was great and super helpful. Breakfast was perfect and a lot of variety. They have a variety of microwave food to buy that saves you a lot of time and money when you just want to eat and rest after a long trip. The shuttle from airport comes every half an hour which is very convenient. We rested after a very long trip and I could not think there is place that can be better after a long trip. We will stay again in here next time we are in Vancouver.

Great staff that pride themselves in service.Well groomed and so incredibly helpful. The facilities were exceptional. The cleaning staff were gracious and thorough. This is service done right! The restaurants "Fognsuds" was exceptional. The food was so amazing..I had the Cajun salmon bowl twice because it was happiness in a bowl. Drink specials at happy hour..This is an airport hotel so each room has a white noise machine. Superb!

    Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok.

    Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok. It was a reasonable ride to Vancouver, not far from the airport. We felt safe in the area where Sandman is. We used Uber to get to the cruise and the hotel shuttle fir the airport. I was surprised they didn't have a shuttle for the cruise ships even if they charged.

    Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful.

    Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful. Close to Steveston Waterfront. You do need a car, but there are so many excellent restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront, and the Britannia Shipyards was a must see.

    I enjoyed being in Richmond, nice quiet area traffic wasn’t too bad, if I were to ever go back I would definitely stay in the same hotel, I enjoyed visiting people from all walks of life and amazed to hear where they arrived from and where they’re travelling to, I was fascinated with one traveller when he said he was going on an Alaskan cruise!

    Only had 2 days - we used the Canada line to get to the waterfront then free shuttle to grouse mountain Canada line to waterfront then an uber to a cycle hire shop cycled round Stanley park and false creek. Then walked back to waterfront station for metro back to Aberdeen station across the road from the hotel. Are 2 nights at the Tap house near the convention centre. Great food

    This is a fairly cheap hotel near the airport in Vancouver. Vancouver is not a cheap place! We booked it very very late, about 1am in the morning of the night we stayed and it was a better experience than we expected. The night porter was brilliant and very helpful. Our only issue was in finding the place as apparently it has moved location of changed name very recently. For us, it was much better than an Air Canada supplied camp bed (cot) (still better than nothing) in the check-in area along with 300 other people!

    Nice spacious room with two comfy king sized beds, and a decent bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries. This is a large hotel, and the swimming pool looked very nice. We did not eat here as we went into Vancouver each day. We used the hotels excellent airport transfer and then the Skytrain from the airport into town. There is also a transfer from the hotel into Richmond, but we didn't have time to go there.

    A big nod to the cleaning team ! The room was incredibly clean ! - I meticulously checked all the nooks and crannies ;) I was at the Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver for Christmas in December - they can learn cleanliness from you !!! Very nice service at the reception and in the cafeteria, great transfer to the airport with a very nice and helpful Mr. driver ! Highly recommend !!! Thank you very much !

    We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which was very nice. The hotel is only three stops on the Sky train from YVR so we stayed overnight after arriving back into Vancouver at 9:00 PM. Will definitely stay there again if we decide not to take our car to the airport. We didn't eat in the hotel but there are lots of options especially now the new Gordon Ramsay restaurant is open.

    The location is near airport. The best is free shuttle from the hotel to airport. There is also free shuttle from airport to hotel,but we could not find it. We requested the rooms close together,and the hotel give us connecting rooms.Very satisfied.
