everyone was very friendly - helped us find cemeteries we were searching and directe4d us to people who would possibly be able to give us more info. Room clean - bed very comfortable.....location very central to our different routes, very convenient. And the meal at the restaurant was wonderful!!

    It was very much a place of French culture which I love and it is a vary attractive city which great amenities and well located for going to Gaspe or the Maritimes. A nice stop en route and worth a longer stay. Great dining options and accommodations.

    Riviere du Loup is always a stop over for us, as it is halfway between Gaspe and Montreal. We have stayed at five different motels in RDL, there are two with breakfast included, and do have pools, but they do cost more.

    Very picturesque town with gorgeous views of the St.

    Very picturesque town with gorgeous views of the St. Lawrence River. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Nice hiking areas around the falls. Don’t miss the sunset over the river down at the ferry dock on the point.

    I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of this little city. We toured around a bit in the morning, discovered the falls, the lovely park and walking trails around there. We didn’t have much time but we really enjoyed the place and would have like to stay longer but we were passing through on our way to Rimouski.

    Nice place to stop. If you have kids pool is nice. We ate breakfast at Hotel Levesque at La Griffe dining. Breakfast is always good. We ate once at Hotel Universal but the service was poor to English customers

    The staff were friendly, room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Only stayed one night but will surely be back! It's a very pretty little town and plenty of places to eat! Unfortunately we were just passing through. But will certainly visit there again.

    Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff (front desk and breakfast nook). Good shower. Tasty breakfast. We were only there one night en route to Ottawa, but the hotels' proximity to Parc de la Pointe meant we had somewhere close for a nice walk in the evening.
