St Albert is easy to get around. Many stores along the main road. St. Albert has a lot of history. The old part of St Albert is on Ste Anne street which is full of interesting little shops. St. Albert is a sprawling prairie city that appears to be preparing itself for growth. Hwy 2, aka "the St. Albert Trail" (the trail), cuts through the town offering a reasonably quick trip from South to North and beyond. (If you're familiar with Kelowna, think Harvey Ave (hwy 97) but one that actually flows during peak traffic times). It seems that most of the city's shopping and other amenities (restaurants, banks, gyms) are along the trail or else downtown. On Saturdays from June to sometime in September there's a brilliant farmers market downtown that's worth visiting. There are some nice walking trails out near the enormous sports field complex in the southwest part of town near Big Lake (John E. Poole wetlands) and the Enjoy Centre.Guest review byLee RogersCanada

This is by far one the better ones I’ve ever stayed. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The room was very clean with good quality toiletries which is rare for hotels. The staff is friendly and professional. There’s even board games in the front lobby which my kids and I had a few hours of fun with. So clean, great room, great staff, we didn’t eat breakfast at hotel so I cannot rate it. But a very very well kept hotel. And such a great location, central to everything. We had a great stay.
