It so clean, easy to find and very quiet. Stuff are so friendly and easy to talk to. They are activities and some areas you can hangout in. They also have a nice pool. Overall it’s pretty decent and safe.

Friendly staff, all the needs were met. many other hotels were giving excuses of pandemic (lack of supply) and could not provide what I needed (such as toothpaste and toothbrush, etc). In this hotel, nothing can stop them, they are all for their customers, I had no lack whatsoever here, I will always go back here, absolutely the best hotel.

The location was top-notch! It had wonderful vintage vibes throughout. The restaurant featured an incredible view of English Bay—though the menu looked amazing, we unfortunately didn't have time to eat there. The room was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful—especially Katie B, who was wonderful to deal with. We are already planning our next trip to explore the beautiful surrounding area more.

Best hotel in our two week stay in Canada. What gave this hotel the edge, apart from the excellent location and the beautiful period building and garden was the staff who clearly care about the place and the guests and want to make it the best experience they can.
