We'd stay again just because of the amazing front desk service, specially Benzon. He was incredibly professional and helped us with everything we needed, we were booked a room without street view, but thanks to Benzon, he gave us a way better room with street view, better shower, and more comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were great, clean, wide and almost just for the 2 of us. We used laundry room and was perfect as well.

We liked the view of the lake and mountains from our room. It was amazing! Breakfast and service in the restaurant was great as well as the hotel staff that was attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the spa and massage.
