    Interesting town.

Interesting town. Very long commercial section boasts every type of food you can imagine. We had dinner in the Charles Dickens Pub. The food and service were very good. Our only critisim would be that it is not an accessible place for people withany kind of walikng or breathing issues.

Woodstock is an ideal base to explore the region, with a small but vibrant downtown area (including several pubs & restaurants, a casino, and a cinema), a strong focus on agriculture, and a nice city museum in the former Town Hall. The Stratford Festival, with its world-class theatre, is about forty-five minutes' drive to the north. Construction projects can make getting around town a bit tricky at times.

Didn’t like having to pay $200 deposit.

Didn’t like having to pay $200 deposit. It was refunded but i wasn’t expecting or aware that this was a requirement. It wasn’t on Booking.com when I made the reservation and I might have decided not to stay there if I had known prior to booking. Overall I was happy with the stay and would stay there again.

The location was central to the 2 golf courses we were playing - Innerkip and Craigowan Golf Club (approximately 20 klms away) plus was close to a local brewery - Upper Thames Brewery. Motel is a nice facility in a good location which has good service and is offered a good rate. I stay at this location every time I am in the Woodstock area and will again next year

Due to a discrepancy in booking that wasn't even their fault, we were upgraded to the best room.in the hotel! Thank you Chris on reception for being so kind...he is awesome! The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and we enjoyed a dip in the pool too!

Upon reaching our work conference, we saw bedbugs and called the hotel. We were told we should've inform them on the spot. However we never saw the bedbugs until we left. It sounded like they were aware of the situation.

The room and washroom facilities were clean, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, with four pillows provided. The hotel is up from the road on a little hill and the view out the back is nice fields.
