The views were amazing, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular, the room, the food the service. The only thing we were disappointed with was the dinner. Very overpriced for the quality of food and service. Plus, the bus stop was right in front of the hotel, making it easy to take the bus either to Interlaken's main station or to the Beatenberg final stop, where the cable cars take you up into the mountains for hiking or down to the cruise station.
