Only cheap & tacky shops, lacks character & charm - very small (but there are so many lovely quaint towns in Switzerland!), & forgettable. This was my 3rd trip to Biel and one thing I really love...
This was my 3rd trip to Biel and one thing I really love about it is how easy it is to get around. We loved being able to walk to the train station. We took a day trip to Geneva to visit the United Nations and the train schedule was very convenient! For part of our stay we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in city center and we ate dinner at Bluma. Bluma has an interesting concept which is Tapas from around the world, I highly recommend it if you aren't looking for large quantities but you want to have lots of different tastes.
