The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.

Personal breakfast which is nice. The nature around it was really amazing! The staff was really nice and friendly! Walk around the town provided nice and beautiful scenery! I am recommending this hotel!

Raul at the front desk is AMAZING… The rest of the staff at the reception are out of this world. I will be looking forward to visit Bulle and especially Hotel D because of those genuine people who made our trip worthwhile. Truly, thank you….

Check in was smooth and personnel was very pleasant and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had asked for two separate single beds and it was all set up as per the request. The price was more than reasonable. Location was perfect.

In old town Gruyère, very close to the castle and the bus stop that goes to and from the train station. The staff is exceptional and the hotel atmosphere takes you back to a less hurried time. We enjoyed our meals and the evening fire in the common sitting room. We highly recommend it.

    The host provided a pdf with detailed instructions for check in, which worked perfectly. The apartment is very comfortable and the location is very good: it's in a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the center of Broc and with a car very close to Gruyères and Moléson.

    Excellent hotel in the heart of Broc. Rooms are well decorated and many of them have a view over the mountains and Gryuere castle. Furniture is new and fresh, the beds are comfortable. Also you have a large parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
