This hotel is right in the heart of Brunnen, and we could walk everywhere. It was a 2 minute walk to the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife making workshop. We had private/dedicated parking for our entire stay, which was great when you have tired kids after a day of sight seeing in the local area. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to satisfy a picky toddler and food sensitivities. The most amazing thing about our stay was the view from our apartment. We could watch the boats on the lake and wake up to the water and mountain fresh air.

Absolutely stunning property with lovely views in Brunnen, about 30 minutes from Lucerne. Apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Bed was super comfortable. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the sauna was very tempting! We loved the town of Brunnen and the beautiful walk down to the lake. The grocery store is literally steps away, as are a multitude of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes. Assigned parking and the elevator were real bonuses. Communication with the owners was great - we have never seen anything quite like the guest guide before! Honestly, it doesn't get any better than Luna!

If I could I would rate it with 11! The staff was beyond amazing, they made sure we, including our toddler, were comfortable and enjoying our stay, from check-in until checkout. They gave us very good recommendations on where to eat, how to arrive to Lucerne, parking there etc. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable, which were very much needed after a long day travel or a day exploring the area. The place was spot clean, great views and quiet nights. Breakfast was very good. Quality and delicious food with good variety.

Location is just perfect! If you’re using public transport to get there, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, beautiful garden and interiors of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth to visit. Our stay was exceptional.

The lake view from the hotel window, with the surrounding mountains, is vey beautiful. The mountain behind is a very nice "fitness" route. The view from the top of the mountain is even better than from the hotel, amenities include boat trips through the lake, a golf course on top of the mountain and a sky station next to the town.

Not only it is a town with incredible views and endless promenades but also people of this town are exceptionally friendly. It is a place where you can ultimately relax and enjoy also visiting sites around the riviera of the lake which due to its shape offers very various landscape sightseeing opportunities.

Brunnen is a unique and beautiful large village/small town at the part of Lake Lucerne which becomes the Urnersee. The view to the lake presents one of the most magical views anywhere in the world. Fjord-like mountains come down to the lake at its most narrow part. Whether in brilliant sunshine or grey and misty, the view is fabulous. I have been coming to Brunnen for many decades, ever since I was a child. This particular view remains always in my memory.

Excellent Swiss Knife museum opposite hotel, Beautiful scenery, Capital of Canton (Schwyz) only a short drive away also with places of interest as well as shopping mall.

There are million things to do and see in Brunnen and the area around, especially for nature and sport lovers. And for historians: visit Ruetli (cradle of Switzerland), William Tell museum and statue etc. Eat well, sleep nice.

Relaxing, very nice view,security very good breakfast , there were laundry room and iron in our floor The hotel staff were very friendly,lovely and helpful, especially Ms. Mira and Mr. Sandro,i think i will back to hotel because of them .
