Ensure there are no renovations done as when we stayed we were informed that the Spa was closed, but no informed that most restaurants were are closed, this was found when we arrived at the property to celebrate a 50th birthday cause there were no reservations done at the few available restaurants on the 14th of Feb.

We would love to thank all the staff at Burgenstock resort. A special mention to Evagelina who had given us the warmest welcome, what a sweet lady. Celebrated my partners birthday at Bürgenstock and was spoiled with many complimentary gifts. A wonderful stay and would recommend for couples, friends and solo trips. The staff was super friendly. The views were amazing. The food was incredible. The room was immaculate and spacious. The local attractions were fun. The spa was relaxing. Did I mention the views???

I came to the resort after a very hectic week of traveling through Switzerland and taking pictures for my blog. I upgraded myself from the 3 Star Taverne to the 5 Star Waldhotel, because I really wanted to relax and rest. However, the first day at breakfast, the lady serving was rude and arrogant, that I started to cry - it was such a shock that it ruined my whole stay at the hotel. After paying 500$+ a night, one doesn’t expect this treatment. I will never go back to the hotel. My whole holiday was ruined just because of this incident. Also, the hotel is majorly understaffed! The clock in my room was not working and when I asked the hotel to fix it, they didn’t do it for two days; the lady at the front desk said that it was because they had too many guests! Definitely not expected of a 5 Star Hotel! This nice cheeeful lady asked me if everything was fine I’ve my room after housekeeping left and I asked her to send water, it never came! The man at spa was didn’t greet me properly while asking my room number, making my feel like I was trespasser! And this is the best, the last day when I was checking out, since I have a back problem, I asked the concierge to help me with luggage. It took one hour for the concierge to come and get my luggage, and I was delayed by more than 30 minutes. That day was my last day in Switzerland and I was supposed to take pictures in Verzasca for my blog, it delayed my trip there and I didn’t get enough shots...apparently there seemed to be only one man at the concierge, and he was first helping the guests check out at the big Burgenstock resort, after which he showed up to help me! But he ruined my only day left of Photography! I traveled all the way from India and this hotel ruined my Switzerland vacation! The room rate does not justify the service; this is definitely going up on my blog and Instagram! I never leave bad reviews but this was a bad vacation...

Actually no specific thing to like view , location, staff , services , facilities every thing was fantastic . i’m really advice other who want to do some relax and spend very good time in their life with family and friends to visit and stay on Lovely Bürgenstock hotel & alpine spa .

Very easy to access the other hotels too. Resort is great with an awesome view of the mountains and the lake. Oak Grill and Sharq was excellent. Vabena was too healthy for us. Besides SPA, one can go for walks or play golf
