We had a wonderful breakfast everything you wanted, before going down to Montreux on the cog rail for free.

I would especially like to highlight João, a member of the hotel staff, for his outstanding service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his last name, but he was the one in charge of the front desk on the day of our check-in. He welcomed us warmly, was always polite and helpful, and truly made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. His attention to detail and kindness stood out.
I definitely recommend Hotel Tralala, and I’d like to give a special thanks to João for making our experience even better!
