We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

If I could I would rate it with 11! The staff was beyond amazing, they made sure we, including our toddler, were comfortable and enjoying our stay, from check-in until checkout. They gave us very good recommendations on where to eat, how to arrive to Lucerne, parking there etc. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable, which were very much needed after a long day travel or a day exploring the area. The place was spot clean, great views and quiet nights. Breakfast was very good. Quality and delicious food with good variety.

Well, right from the word go at the reception, I knew I found the right place. First and foremost, the great, GREAT Staff who not just guest but accommodated every oddball request - including that for my favorite dessert of Crêpes Suzette :-D !!! The food was superb, the wine awesome and the Aperol Spritz out of this world! My room was phenomenal with a giant bathtub in which I soaked every morning! Overall, an awesome, awesome, otherworldly experience in paradise!

Whoever put this place together is a genious in this field. Food, service, design, amenities all extremely thought out and provided with great presentation. Wait staff excellent as well as the food and view in the on-site restaurant. As a suggestion for the fall and spring, how bout a gas fire pit to sit around outside on the lake?

there was a mountain top with gondola ride to get to top, but it was closed from march'25 to may'25 (I think due to refurbishment - all notices were in german). there is a nice grocery shop only a few mins walk away - with pretty generous timings

A little village up to the hill - a very good location for those who prefer silence and being accommodated close to the nature. I would not recommend this location to those who need pubs and parties as there is nothing like that :-)

The place has so much to offer.

The place has so much to offer. A real laid back place to unwind and relax. We took the cable car to the Stockhutte top and then a trek to Klewenalp was amazing. We saw the paragliders launching from the top and the view was amazing. We took the cable car down from Klewenalp to Beckenried andf then a bus back to Emmeten. This whole trip is covered in a single ticket and well worth it. One may look at doing it in the reverse, since there is continuous climb from Stockhutte to Klewenalp. One saw hardly anyone going the same way as us, but lots of people (some with kids in strollers!) coming the opposite way. Something to think about. An amazing experience all the same.

Stunning location that really takes your breath away. Beautiful restaurant with views across the lake. Lovely grounds. Left us feeling we’d like to go back and explore the area more. But it was expensive for the rooms we had.

There is not much to do in Emmetten except hiking up the...

There is not much to do in Emmetten except hiking up the mountain then taking the cable car down - something one could do anywhere. It is however, cheaper than other places. In hindsight, I would have stayed on beautiful towns on the lake east of Emmetten.

Family-friendly, excellent value for money. Family ski passes are available at a good discount when purchased online. The ski area is beautiful and spacious enough. Well-suited for beginners and advanced skiers.

Great apartment for a family. Perfect location with a lake view. Cleaned and well maintained. All the essentials things are present. Close to a grocery shop Volg. Owners were exceptional…waited for us till midnight for our late checkin. They provided all the helpful documents to navigate around Switzerland. Had a great here and will definitely recommend everyone

First of all, it is better than shown in the picture. Really spacious flat with all the required amenities. Lot of games to play, restaurant downstairs, grocery shop just 2 minutes away, lovely views and not too far from all the places you would visit in Switzerland. Max an hour and a half drive to all the attractions and hikes.
